Loki is a very serious businessman, however he can at times get distracted splitting his focus on something comical and the matter at hand.

He is always one for playing a practical joke on someone finding mischief one of life's great joys.

Loki is very charismatic and loves to fawn over the ladies. He is very flirtatious, but always respectable.

Although he looks the part of a high class member of society Loki is very much a man of the people.
He always shows respect to everyone he meets, only failing to do so when he is show none.

Loki is loyal and always true to his word.
He shows no ties to the Alliance, but does business with them when necessary.
(However the jobs always seem to not go smoothly and the Alliance "takes a small hit" )

Bio:
Known only as "Loki" no data is known regarding where he hails from, nor where his wealth derives.
The last name Elliott provides no assistance in obtaining a family history.

Loki can almost always be found within the four walls of  his club "Valhalla"tending bar or giving council to his patrons.

It is rumored that Loki is the man to see for a favor or answers to questions one may have about the comings and goings in the local systems.

Rumors state he also aids in the distribution of illegal artifacts and items.

However local authorities have been unable to prove such claims.



Other History: 
The earliest memory Loki has is of him saying goodbye to his father who left him on a freighter with his mother to go aide in the teraforming a new planet.

His mother who did little to hide her addiction to every drug or substance she could get her hands on gave him little mind.

Loki spent his days wondering the freighter and sneaking into places he did not belong with his only friend Tobias.

When Loki's mother died of an overdose no one cared to ask if she had any next of kin on board, and soon Loki was forgotten and left alone.
With no money or means to speak to his father Loki was left to live in the gutter of the ship.

Loki and Tobias lived in the secret compartments and dark damp corners of the ship living off of what others threw away or what they could steal.
Fighting to survive and taking what they could by any means necessary, this way of life continued for years until the freighter Loki had called home was attacked.

Tobias and Loki did all they could to board one of the escape pods. fighting off mobs who killed others in a frenzy to protect their own.

Witnessing the ship break apart around them and barely making it to the next compartment as the previous one was sealed off leaving those left behind  thrown into the darkness of space.

Tobias and Loki with no place to go huddled in a corner as the freighter crash landed on the nearest moon.

Crawling from the wreckage Loki found Tobias severely injured among the wreckage.

His eye hanging from it's socket, and chucks of his body missing, Tobias was near unrecognizable, yet alive.

With zero knowledge of how to save his life Loki had to lie to his only friend saying that he was going to be alright.

When a shuttle landed close to the wreckage Loki thought his prayers were answered and help had come.
An alliance ship landed and the doors opened.
Before Loki could call out for help
men exiting the ship began throwing grenades and destroying the wreckage around them.
They began shooting / igniting the bodies of those thrown from the wreckage.

Loki quickly hid from their view and had to watch as they burned his friend alive.

Loki kept quiet until they left.
Confused and enraged Loki knew that there was nothing he could ever do to right this wrong.

Scouring the wreckage for food and other tools he could use to survive Loki was able to find a briefcase with odd markings on it.
The contents seemed to be some kind of computer testing system and a few circuit boards. Each packaged carefully.
Loki having lived with nothing for the past two decades knew what he held had some value.

However he had no idea how great of a value they were.

Selling the case for a small fortune as quickly as he could at the first fence he could find after traveling for five days to "civilization" Loki boarded a ship to get off world and start his new life.

With this money he would change his image and create something that was truly his. never looking back.

He created "Valhalla" a upscale nightclub and bar where all are welcome to escape the sad disgusting world that surrounds them.

Loki ensured when constructing it that one truly feels like they have died and gone to the home of the Gods when entering his establishment.

-Loki has little faith in any ship's ability to protect him from he vast vacuum of space. He very much dislikes flying in the black especially on ships that do not seem to be space worthy.

Equipment

While known as a repeatable businessman and someone to respect, he is also one to be cautious of. This is because Loki is notorious for always causing mischief and ensures that he always has an item on his person to aid in his mission. When his hair is pulled back it is held in place with a fine sharp pin which has on many occasions opened a locked door or simply poked a hole in the cup of some unsuspecting customer at his establishment thus ruining their fancy attire. Loki is very familiar with a blade, always carrying one on his person at all times. He is very fond of his ability to throw them with great accuracy often putting on a show in "Valhalla" Known blade locations: Removable belt buckle, Hair Pin, Quick draw and release system in right sleeve. (Has been seen wearing duel blades in a holster behind his back (opposite belt buckle)
