Sig Request

Could some generous soul please craft a sig for my character?

My actor is Ryan Hurst but I'm using his pics from Sons of Anarchy for Syrus.

I'd like for the colors of the sig to be Black and Silver. I would prefer it not have a quote, all it needs to say is: Syrus Reilly

There don't have to be more than two face pics And could you place this logo in the middle of the sig?
