I do Sigs, Avi's (profile pics), Sets and Posters for one or more characters.

I don't have the amazing turn around time of the other two lovely ladies making art for people, but I love photoshop and will work on something until I get it just how you want it :)

Celeb:  colin farrell
Pics: Surprise me but must have "t" shaped scar from his hair line to his cheek, the cross above his right eye
Colors:  Try Blues and greens, or Space, or Golds and red.
Sayings:  "Glory's Captain" or "Glory's Heart" or both

I know I'm gonin everywhere with this one, but I'm just lookin for the right one.

Wow, I love the first pic you've linked for him, and your sig at the moment gives me a few ideas on how to go about this :)
I'll be busy until about Sunday, but after that, I can't wait to get started on this one.
You've put 'poster?' - I can do a movie style poster for your character if you're asking what that means. I haven't done one for just one character before, but I could give it a shot if you'd like? I love trying out new stuff.

I also had a go at a poster so you can see what they're like. I've tried to keep it in the Spaghetti Western theme. Had a bit of fun looking through all the old posters actually, heh.
