Appearance:	At 5' 6" E.V. is of average height. She is in pretty good shape, with a slim but well-muscled build. She has long red hair and beautiful blue eyes. She apparently won the genetic lottery, in that she appears to age slower than normal, and looks about 10 years younger than she is. Her usual attire is jeans, comfortable and functional shoes, a red or black shirt, and a black leather jacket. She has a penchant for wearing necklaces, bracelets, and rings.

Initial Personality:	At first meeting E.V. seems flirty and full of herself, with a bit of a devil-may-care attitude. She projects an air of confidence that people either find inspiring or annoying. She will often mouth off or make a quip or jab at someone, good naturedly or not. She is openly bi-sexual. She is unafraid of saying what she's thinking, and equally unafraid of getting into a scrap because of it. She tends to make fast friends or fast enemies. Threaten her or treat her wrongly and she's just as likely to strike immediately and without warning as she is to plan a suitable reprisal at a later date, either way she is very good at hitting where least expected.
Underlying Personality:	Very few people get to see E.V. when she lets her guard down and drops the facade she nearly always wears, and when she does the difference is stark. Underneath she is surprisingly insecure. She has extreme difficulty actually trusting people for fear of getting burned, which stems from her early relationships and lack of parental figures growing up. She understands lust, and can enjoy it or use it to her advantage with no qualms, but romantic love is a very confusing concept for her and she tends to pull away when she realizes she is getting close to someone romantically. If she does open up and trust someone she becomes incredibly loyal to them, to her own detriment should that persons intentions turn out to be not so great.

Other History:	Evelyn Vell, or E.V., as she preferred to be called, grew up in the Big Sky Orphanage on Beaumonde. For one reason or another, she was never adopted and lived there until she turned 18. While the staff was always kind to her, they were kind in the manor their job demanded, and thus E.V. never had anything like a parental figure growing up. She never really had a friend at the orphanage, and her few friends from school were all trouble makers. She was introduced to the world of crime in her early teens, was caught pick pocketing twice, and in her mid-teens was caught once for breaking into a house to steal electronics. High school was where she was introduced to computers, and she took to coding like it was her native tongue. By 16 she was already breaking into the schools record systems, hacking door controls, and scanning credit chips. By 18 she was an accomplished novice hacker, with a decent sum of stolen money, which she used to enroll in college level computer science and programming classes. Before her 21st birthday she had taken, and aced, every computer class the local college offered, and had nearly enough credits to graduate with a degree. E.V.s love troubles started with her first boyfriend. He was the first guy to really pay attention to her in a romantic way. She was 17 he was 19, he was a bad boy with a "soft heart", in the end he used her to scam some quick cash from some people he knew, and then dumped her. Her next two boyfriends as well as her first girlfriend followed a similar trend. After that she stopped letting herself get close to people, she hasn't had a romantic relationship since, with the exception of a few week-or-two long flings. If she feels herself starting to fall for someone her immediate reaction is to pull away before she gets hurt again. In 2499 at the age of 16 she began to suffer from chronic nightmares that seemed to have no cause, and would continue to plague her for the rest of her life. The nightmares briefly subsided when she left the orphanage and started college, but they soon returned. It wasn't until after college when she started to move around to different cities and different planets that she realized that as long as she kept moving the dreams would stop, but if she stayed in one place for about a month she would start to get increasingly anxious and restless. Around the 2 month mark is when the dreams would start again. After college E.V. bounced around the verse, setting foot on just about every planet at least once. With her pick pocketing and hacking skills money has never really been an issue, she travels here and there taking tech related jobs legal or otherwise. She learned that she was almost as good with computer hardware as she was with software, and that that also extended in part to engines. She learned to shoot, she learned to brawl. She learned to card shark, and to pool shark. She learned to read people and tell when they were lying to her.
Skills and Strengths:	Code brain and circuit head: E.V. is a natural at coding, and a fantastic hacker. There are few places she cannot get into given enough time. She is also very knowledgeable about, and skilled with, building/repairing/modifying computer systems. Tinkering: E.V. is a pretty good engineer. She is moderately skilled at starship engine repair and maintenance. She is capable, but definitely not as skilled as a full time mechanic. Her her passion in the field of engineering is tinkering and making gadgets. Way of the Rogue: E.V. is a good liar. She is impressively good with sleight of hand, pick-pocketing, and card tricks. She can be pretty stealthy in a city setting when the need arises. She is also very good at reading people and picking out when someone is being untruthful to her. Get your retaliation in first: E.V. is moderately proficient at hand to hand and knife combat, though she has little formal training. She learned her skills from "The School of Hard Knocks and Fighting Dirty". Bwaa: E.V. is an average shot with pistols and rifles, but has little experience with other firearms. The art of running away: As every rogue knows, sometimes things don't go according the plan, and the only option you're left with is to run. So you best be a good runner. E.V. can run quite well, and is an accomplished practitioner of Parkour.
Weaknesses:	Stone on the wind: If it has a good auto pilot with decent takeoff and landing assist she can fly a shuttle, but she has zero skill flying anything bigger. Medical: E.V. is about as medically skill as the average person, and has no formal medical training. She has a sort of compulsion to keep moving. Staying in one place for any significant length of time makes her increasingly restless. If she stays in one place for roughly a month she starts to get increasingly anxious, and soon after will start to experience nightmares almost nightly.
