Issues, Concerns and Complaints

We tend to be a friendly forum and treat each other with respect.  However sometimes issues do arise and its important to have procedures in place to follow these through.  Therefore this is how we would like to see issues dealt with.

RP Issues
Sometimes things happen in the RP that we aren't entirely happy with.

1) PM The other player involved. - It might have been that your character was forgotten by someone or it looks like someone god-modded your character.  The first step is always to contact the other player first.  It could be and is probably more than likely that what happened was an accident on their part.  Most issues can generally be solved by contacting the other player privately first.

2) Contact the Captain and/or Narrator - If an issue is reoccurring or can not be solved by contacting the other player than it is important to bring it to the attention of your Captain and/or Narrator.  They can work with both parties to see if a resolution can be found.

3) Involving the Admin Team - On the rare occasion that going to the Captain or Narrator has not reached a solution then it will be brought to the attention of the Admin team for an official solution.  We will still try to mediate but will end up making a final decision that we see is best for the site.

Non RP Issues/OOC Issues
Occasionally things happen outside of the RP that need to be sorted out too.

1) Again we suggest going to the other player first - if it is an issue with another player we suggest that you again try to sort it out via PM with that player first.  It might be a simple misunderstanding after all.

2) Contact the Admin Team - We are here to deal with the issues after all however we would ask that when contacting the admin about and Issue, Complaint and/or Concern that you include all the admin in the message.  We are all on at different times and have different availabilities, plus if real life is suddenly kicking one of us in the pi gu it might take a while to get a response if you've only sent it to one admin in particular.
